Put your products in front of thousands of Dot Com Zambia shoppers. With no per-item listing fees and a small set up fee, Dot Com Zambia can help you grow your business and generate revenue for you. How can I sell my products on Dot Com Zambia?
You may apply for an online storefront. Once your storefront is designed to your specifications, you would be assigned an administrative online account, which would allow you to upload, manage and sell yours products online independently and on the Dot Com Zambia website. When an item is sold, we would notify you, you then have 1-2 business days to deliver the sold product to our office in Olympia Park for us to fulfill. Clients in Lusaka may pick up their orders from our Lusaka office or have them delivered to their home or office, while clients outside of Lusaka will have their products delivered to them by one of our courier partners DHL and EMS (a shipping charge would be added to the clients order).

6)Beyond the set-up fee for the initial design of the storefront, the store pays nothing to list its products, and no commission is assessed until an item is sold.
When am I paid for my sold product?
Dot Com Zambia’s current policy is to pay a seller for its sales (less commissions) on the 15th and 30thof the month.
How much commission do I pay for goods sold via Dot Com Zambia?
For every transaction we process on behalf of third parties, Dot Com Zambia will receive a transaction fee ranging from 6% to 10%. The exact percentage will vary and is negotiated based on the type of seller, volume of sales and if Dot Com Zambia has to provide additional resources to the seller for example product and account management.
What about VAT, do you add VAT to my prices?
Value Added Tax is defined by ZRA as a consumption-based tax that is levied in the supply chain at each point where value is added to a good or service. Dot Com Zambia by definition is an extension of the third party seller not a new point in the supply chain. This is because Dot Com Zambia is not buying goods from the third party stores; it is acting as a sales agent and receiving commission payment for this service. Therefore the third party seller, who is VAT registered, is responsible for remitting VAT from sales to ZRA
